AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التخطيط التربوي في إدارة الأزمات بمدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة من مجتمعها المتمثل في مديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (271) مديرة تم جمعها بطريقة عشوائية طبقية. توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج، أبرزها: أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد الدراسة على توافر متطلبات التخطيط التربوي لإدارة الأزمات بمدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر المديرات، ومن أبرز تلك المتطلبات: إسناد المهام إلى أعضاء فريق العمل بما يتلاءم مع إمكاناتهم وقدراتهم، وكذلك اتباع نظم ولوائح السلامة والوقاية من الأخطار لتوفير الأمان في المدرسة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك العديد من المعوقات، من أبرزها: عدم توفر مخصصات مالية لإدارة الأزمات، وكذلك قلة البرامج التدريبية في مجال التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات، كما بينت النتائج أن هناك العديد من السبل لمواجهة تلك المعوقات، أبرزها: الاستفادة من الأزمات المشابهة والحلول التي وضعت لها، وكذلك ترتيب الأولويات للتعامل مع الأزمات بالمدارس، إضافة إلى الالتحاق بالبرامج التدريبية المتخصصة في التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات. AB - This study's purpose was to identify the reality of educational planning in crisis management in public education in girls’ schools in Riyadh City. Researchers used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a tool to collect study data from the population of the study represented by managers. The sample was (271) managers, selected in a stratified and randomized manner. The results showed an agreement among the study individuals on the availability of educational planning requirements for crisis management. The most prominent of these requirements were: assigning tasks to the team members in accordance with their capabilities and possibility, following safety and risk prevention systems and regulations to provide safety. It’s also showed many obstacles to educational planning for crisis management, the most prominent of these obstacles were: Shortage of financial allocations for crisis management, shortage of training programs in the field of crisis management planning. The results conducted many ways to confront these obstacles, most notably: benefiting from similar crises and those solutions, arranging priorities for dealing with crises, in addition to enrolling in specialized training programs in crisis management planning.
