AB - This study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between leadership style and the level of job satisfaction among workers in the education sector in the city of Tamanrasset. The study was conducted on a sample of middle school teachers, who were randomly selected from secondary schools in the state of Tamanrasset, which amounted to (200) students. In collecting data, we relied on the design of measurement tools, which are: 1) Leadership style questionnaire. 2) Job satisfaction questionnaire. The descriptive, correlational approach was also adopted due to its suitability to the subject of the study, and we intended to conduct an exploratory study to identify the field of application and the psychometric properties of the tools to ensure their validity. After obtaining the data, statistical processing was done using the T-test for statistical significance to determine the significance of the differences between the samples and the percentages, and using the Pearson multiple correlation coefficient to determine the nature of the relationship between leadership style and the level of job satisfaction among workers in the education sector in the city of Tamanrasset. We reached the following results: 1) The democratic leadership style is the dominant leadership style among middle school teachers. The level of job satisfaction among middle education teachers is high. 2) There is a statistically significant relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction among members of the study sample. 3) There are statistically significant differences in leadership style due to variables (gender). 4) There are statistically significant differences in job satisfaction due to the variable (gender). 5) There are statistically significant differences in leadership style due to variables (family status). 6) There are statistically significant differences in job satisfaction due to the variable (family status). 7) There are statistically significant differences in leadership style and job satisfaction due to the variable (profession experience).
