AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الشعور الاغتراب النفسي وعلاقته بدرجة ممارسة الذات لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعة العربية الأمريكية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، من خلال تطبيق أداتي الدراسة: مقياس الاغتراب النفسي، ومقياس إدارة الذات، بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتها على عينة ضمت (100) طالب وطالبة منهم: (37) طالبا، و (63) طالبة، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، من الجامعة العربية الأمريكية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الشعور النفسي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعة العربية الأمريكية كان متوسطا، وأن درجة ممارسة إدارة الذات لديهم كان مرتفعا أشارت النتائج لوجود علاقة ارتباط عكسية سالبة، بين الاغتراب النفسي وإدارة الذات. وأوصت هذه الدراسة بأنه يجب على مؤسسات التعليم العالي في فلسطين أن تضع برامج وأنشطةٌ تهدف إلى تعزيز إدارة الذات لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا، يمكن أن تتضمن هذه البرامج ورش عمل وتدريبات حول مهارات إدارة الوقت، والتخطيط، والتنظيم، والتفكير النقدي، وحل المشكلات. AB - The study aimed to identify the level of feeling psychological alienation and its relationship to the degree of self-exercise among postgraduate students at the Arab American University in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The study used the descriptive correlational approach. By applying the two study tools: the psychological alienation scale and the self-management scale, after verifying their validity and reliability. The sample included (100) male and female students, including: (37) male students and (63) female students, they were chosen by the simple random method from the Arab American University. The practice of self-management was high. The results indicated that there was a negative inverse correlation between psychological alienation and self-management. This study recommended that higher education institutions in Palestine should develop programs and activities that aim at enhancing self-management among postgraduate students. These programs may include workshops and trainings on time management skills, planning, organization, critical thinking, and problem solving.
