AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى القيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري المدارس في فلسطين وعلاقتها بالشعور بالأمن الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في المرحلة الثانوية في المدارس الفلسطينية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (570) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة الطبقية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى القيادة الابداعية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في فلسطين جاء بدرجة عالية كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الأمن الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في فلسطين جاء بدرجة عالية، كما أشارت النتائج الى وجود علاقة طردية ايجابية بين القيادة الابداعية والأمن الوظيفي لدى المعلمين. وأوصت الدراسة بأن يهتم المدير بتقليل ضغوطات العمل على المعلم حسب الإمكانيات المتاحة، وأن يدعم توفير علاوات تشجيعية للمعلم لتحقيق الاستقرار المادي لديه. AB - The study aimed to identify the level of creative leadership among school principals in Palestine and its relationship with job security among secondary school teachers in Palestinian schools. The sample consisted of 570 teachers, selected using stratified sampling. A correlational descriptive methodology was employed. The study found that the level of creative leadership among secondary school principals in Palestine was high. The results also indicated that the level of job security among secondary school teachers in Palestine was high. Furthermore, the findings showed a positive correlation between creative leadership and job security among teachers. The study recommended that principals focus on reducing work-related stress for teachers according to available resources and support the provision of incentive bonuses for teachers to achieve financial stability.
