AB - هدفت هذه الدّراسة الى اقتراح تصور إداري تربوي لتطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في فلسطين في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في الإشراف التربوي. تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي؛ التّحليلي التّركيبي، لتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة. توصّلت الدّراسة الى أنَّ أهم الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في الاشراف التربوي تشمل: الإشراف الإنساني، والقائم على الأداء، والتطوري، والمتنوع، والإلكتروني، والحواري، وأن ما يميزها علاقة الزمالة القائمة بين المشرف التربوي أو مدير المدرسة بوصفه مشرفًا تربويًا مقيمًا والمعلم. وتمَّ وضع التصور الإداري التربوي المناسب لتطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في فلسطين في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة. وقد أوصى الباحثان بجملة من التّوصيات من أهمها تنفيذ وزارة التّربية والتّعليم للتصور المقترح. AB - The study aimed to propose an educational administrative perspective to develop the educational supervision system in Palestine in light of the contemporary world trends in educational supervision. The Descriptive; Synthetic- Analytical methodology was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study showed that the contemporary world trends are: Humanistic, performance-based, developmentary, differentiated, electronic, and dialogical educational supervision, that emphasize on the collegial relationship between the educational supervisor or the school principal and the teacher.
