AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى معلمي علوم المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة إربد ومعوقات انتشارها من وجهة نظرهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة موزعين على مجموعتين متساويتين بواقع (50) معلم و(50) معلمة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (52) فقرة موزعة على محورين أساسيين: المحور الأول: واقع ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، ويقع في ثلاثة أبعاد: البعد الأول (المعلومات والمعارف الريادية) يتضمن (14) فقرة، والبعد الثاني (المهارات والسمات الريادية) يتضمن (14) فقرة، والبعد الثالث (الأفكار والاتجاهات) يتضمن (12) فقرة، أما المحور الثاني فهو: معوقات انتشار ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، ويتضمن(12) فقرة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة استجابة المعلمين على المحور الأول كانت متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على البعد الثالث (الأفكار والاتجاهات) ولصالح المعلمين الذكور، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تباين في آراء المعلمين حول معوقات انتشار ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، فقد تنوعت استجاباتهم بين درجة كبيرة ودرجة منخفضة على فقرات المحور الثاني (معوقات انتشار ثقافة ريادة الأعمال). بناء على النتائج، توصي الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى معلمي علوم المرحلة الأساسية، وذلك عن طريق إعداد النشرات التوعوية وعقد الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مزيد من الدراسات وتسليط الضوء على المناهج المدرسية، ومدى تضمينها لثقافة ريادة الأعمال. AB - The study aims to investigate the entrepreneurial competencies of elementary-school science teachers in Irbid and to examine the impediments to the incorporation of entrepreneurial education as perceived by the teachers. The study sample consists of (100) teachers, evenly distributed between males and females, with (50) teachers in each group. To achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire consisting of (52) items was developed, divided into two main sections: the first section focuses on the current entrepreneurial competencies of the teachers, encompassing three dimensions: the first dimension (entrepreneurial knowledge) comprises (14) items, the second dimension (entrepreneurial skills and traits) comprises (14) items, and the third dimension (ideas and attitudes) comprises (12) items. The second section, which consists of (12) items, addresses impediments to the incorporation of entrepreneurial education. The results indicate a moderate level of entrepreneurship based on that teachers’ response to the first section. Moreover, statistically significant differences were observed based on their responses to the third dimension, favoring male teachers. Additionally, the study shows that teachers’ viewpoints regarding the impediments to the incorporation of entrepreneurship education vary, as their responses to the items of the second section range from high to low. Based on the results, the study recommends developing an entrepreneurial culture among elementary-school science teachers through awareness brochures, training courses, and workshops.
