AU - كطفان، منتظر سلمان AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الابداع الانفعالي والتفاؤل غير الواقعي لدى المرشدين التربويين. وقد تبنى البحث المنهج الارتباطي لتحقيق أهدافه وتم بناء مقياس وتبنى الباحث نظرية( ايفيرل ,1993) الذي حدد الأبعاد الاتية للابداع الانفعالي وهي(الاستعداد, الجدة , الفاعلية /الاصالة ) وتكون من (30) فقرة بأسلوب العبارات التقريرية، وأمام كل فقرة خمسه بدائل متدرجه للإجابة هي (تنطبق على دائما ، تنطبق على غالبا، تنطبق على احيانا ، تنطبق علي نادرا ، لا تنطبق علي) تعطى لها عند التصحيح الدرجات (1.2.3.4.5) على التوالي وتبنى الباحث مقياس (الانصاري ,2001) والمكون من 24 فقرة لقياس الابداع الانفعالي واستخرجت الخصائص السايكولوجية من صدق وثبات، إضافة الى تمييز الفقرات. ووزِع المقياسين على عيِنة البحث البالغ عددهم (200) مرشد ومرشدة من المرشدين التربويين العاملين في مديريات تربية ذي قار تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وخلصت النتائج بتمتع عينة البحث بالابداع الانفعالي والتفاؤل غير الواقعي. ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين كلا المتغيرين (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the research is to find the correlation between emotional creativity and unrealistic optimism among educational counselors. The research adopted the relational approach, its objectives, and a scale was built. The researcher adopted the theory (Everell, 1993), which identified the following dimensions of emotional creativity, which are (readiness, effectiveness / originality). It consists of (30) paragraphs in the style of declarative statements, and in front of each paragraph there are five graded alternatives for the answer, which are (applies to always, applies to often, applies to sometimes, applies to rarely, does not apply to me). ) respectively, and the researcher adopted the (Al-Ansari, 2001) scale, which consists of 24 items to measure emotional creativity. The psychological characteristics were extracted from validity and stability, in addition to distinguishing the paragraphs. The two scales were distributed to the research sample of (200) educational counselors working in the Dhi Qar education directorates, who were chosen by the random stratified method. The results concluded that the research sample enjoys emotional creativity and unrealistic optimism. There is a positive correlation between both variables.
