AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى إدراك معلمي العلوم في المرحلة المتوسطة في المملكة العربية السعودية لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين. وتكونت عينتها من (93) معلما ومعلمة بنسبة (65.03%) من مجتمع الدراسة موزعين إلى (48) معلما بنسبة (64.86%) من مجتمع المعلمين و(45) معلمة بنسبة (65.22%) من مجتمع المعلمات. جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة تكونت من (57) مهارة موزعة على (8) مجالات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى إدراك معلمي العلوم لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين كان مرتفعا، وأنه يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدراك معلمي العلوم لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين يُعزى إلى النوع الاجتماعي، ولصالح الإناث، بينما لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدراك معلمي العلوم لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين يُعزى إلى التخصص أو عدد سنوات الخبرة في التدريس. أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تضمين مناهج العلوم وبرامج إعداد معلمي العلوم وتأهيلهم لمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وإجراء دراسات مشابهة على معلمي العلوم في مختلف المراحل الدراسية. AB - This study aims to identify the level of awareness of science teachers at the intermediate stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of the skills of the twenty-first century. The study sample consisted of (93) randomly chosen male (n= 48) and female (n= 45) teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used a descriptive survey method. The study tool was a questionnaire that consisted of (57) skills distributed over eight domains. The results of the study showed that the level of science teachers' awareness of the skills of the twenty-first century was high, and that there was a statistically significant difference in the level of science teachers' awareness of the skills of the twenty-first century due to gender in favor of females. There was no statistically significant difference in the level of science teachers' awareness of the skills of the twenty-first century. The study recommends including science curricula and programs for preparing science teachers for the skills of the twenty-first century and conducting similar studies on science teachers at various academic levels.
