AU - السعود، حسني محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان سبل الإدارة التربوية للقيادة القيمية في ضوء التربية الإسلامية التي تمثلت بشخصية رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من منظور إسلامي للإدارة التربوية للقيادة القيمية في ضوء التربية الإسلامية. وقد اتضح من الدراسة أن الإدارة التربوية هي عملية مهمة تحتاجها جميع المنظمات والمؤسسات التربوية، ولا يقتصر استخدامها على الشروحات النظرية بل تمتد إلى كافة النشاطات التي يقوم بها الإنسان. توصل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإدارة التربوية قد عرفت منذ وجود البشرية، وقيام الإنسان بممارسة أعماله اليومية، كما تمثلت القيادة كذلك في صفات النبي - صلّى الله عليه وسلم - ومنها ما كان مرتبط بشخصية النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومنها ما هو مرتبط بعموم الناس وأن الصفات الإدارية المرتبطة بتعاليم الإسلام تصنع القادة القيمي، وتحقق القيم المثلى التي تعود على الفرد والمجتمع بالخير، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مفهوم الإدارة التربوية للقيادة القيمية في الإسلام، وأهم الخصائص والمبادىء التي تميزها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aims to clarify the ways of educational management for the value of leadership in the light of Islamic education, which was represented by the personality of the Messenger of Allah- may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study showed that leadership was represented in the attributes of the Prophet – may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him - and some of them were related to the personality of the Prophet – may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, and others were related to the general public. The study also showed that leadership criteria are associated to the Islamic guides which had its impact on leaders personalities and values by benefiting individuals and societies. The study sheds light on the importance of applying the educational management concept to the leadership value in Islam and the most important criteria and values that distinguish them.
