AU - الشريف، ناهل محمد بابكر AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات صعوبات التعلم مقارنة بمعلمات الصفوف العامة بمكة المكرمة. أجريت الدراسة وفق المنهج (السببي المقارن) باستخدام مقياس ماسلاك وجاكسون للاحتراق النفسي كأداة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (275) معلمة، منهن (25) معلمة صعوبات التعلم ويمثلن العدد الكلي لمجتمع معلمات صعوبات التعلم بمكة المكرمة، و(250) معلمة من معلمات الصفوف العامة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية من (231) مدرسة من مدارس مكة المكرمة للعام الدراسي (1439-1440هـ). توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: إن معلمات صعوبات التعلم ومعلمات الصفوف العامة يعانين من مستوى "متوسط" من الاحتراق النفسي العام، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروقات في أبعاد المقياس مجتمعة ومتفرقة لصالح معلمات صعوبات التعلم، فيما أظهرت النتائج أيضًا وجود فروقات في أبعاد المقياس تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية. من أهم التوصيات: إيجاد معايير وآليات أفضل لأختيار الأفراد الذين يتقدمون لمهنة التعليم، بحيث يكونون قادرين على التعامل الإيجابي مع ضغوط مهنة التعليم لتفادي إصابتهم بالاحتراق النفسي. بالإضافة، عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين تهدف إلى إكسابهم المهارات التي تمكنهم من التغلب على صعوبات العمل في مهنة التعليم. The study was conducted according to the causal-comparative design, using the Maslach and Jackson burnout inventory as a study tool. The sample of the study consisted of (275) female teachers, (25) were disabilities teachers, and (250) general school teachers were randomly selected from (231) schools from Makkah Al-Mukarramah schools for the academic year 1439-1440 AH. Results showed that Learning disabilities teachers and general school teachers had an Intermediate level of burnout inventory. Significant differences were found in teachers' level of burnout inventory in favor of the learning disabilities teachers, and there was a significant difference due to demographic variables. This Study recommends finding better criteria and mechanisms for selecting individuals who would apply for the teaching profession, to be able to deal positively with the pressures of the teaching profession and to avoid burnout inventory. In addition, holding training workshops for teachers aimed at providing them with the skills that will enable them to overcome the difficulties of working in the teaching profession.
