AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الدور القيادي وعوامل الشخصية لدى المرشد المدرسي في الأردن، تألفت عينتها من (192) مرشدا ومرشدة ممن يعملون في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2018-2019)، ولغايات هذه الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس الدور القيادي للمرشد المدرسي والمكون من (33) فقرة، ومقياس عوامل الشخصية الخمس الكبرى المكون من (57) فقرة، وبعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما تم تطبيقهما على عينة الدراسة، وجاء مستوى الدور القيادي من قبل المرشد المدرسي في الأردن مرتفعا، وأن المرشدين يمارسون الدور القيادي بدرجة أعلى من المرشدات، كما كانت الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على بعدي مدير برنامج الإرشاد والقائد النموذج لصالح حملة المؤهل العلمي بكالوريوس، ولم توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. وبينت نتائجها أن أكثر عوامل الشخصية انتشارا لدى المرشدين المدرسيين هو "يقظة الضمير" وأقلها نمط "الانبساطية، في حين ظهرت فروق على بُعدي يقظة الضمير والانفتاحية لصالح المرشدين الذكور، ولم توجد فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في عوامل الشخصية الأكثر انتشارا، وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين الدور القيادي وعوامل الشخصية لدى المرشدين المدرسيين، وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحثون بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المسحية والتجريبية حول الدور القيادي وعوامل الشخصية لدى المرشدين المدرسيين. AB - This study aims to explain the leadership role and its relationship to personality factors among school counselors in Jordan. The sample consisted of (192) school counselors whom worked in governmental schools at ministry of education. To achieve the objectives of the study, a leadership role scale was developed for the school counselors which consisted of (33) items. Five major personality factors scale which consisted of (57) items were developed, too. Both scales were verified for stability and validity then applied to the study sample. Results of the study indicated that the level of the leadership role among school counselors in Jordan was high and the male school counselors' practices of the leadership role more than female. And there were significant differences in the post of the counseling program and the model of leader for the benefit of the BA degree, while there were no significant differences due to years of experience. Also, the result showed that the most common personality factors was alertness of conscience while the diaphragm came in the last, and there were differences in the alertness of conscience and openness in favor of males. There were no significant differences due to the variables of the scientific qualification and years of experience. Also, there were positive significant correlation between the leadership role and five personality factors among school counselors. In light of the study results, the researchers recommend further studies on leadership role and personality factors among school counselors.
