AB - استهدف البحث الكشف عن درجة تطبيق مديرات مدارس مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بإدارة تعليم جازان لأبعاد الإدارة المرنة، وتعرف درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات تلك المرحلة من وجهة نظرهن، بالإضافة إلى تعرف الفروق في استجابات المعلمات حول درجة تطبيق مديرات مدارس مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بإدارة تعليم جازان لأبعاد الإدارة المرنة، وتعرف درجة الرضا الوظيفي لديهن وفق متغيري (المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة) واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي بنوعيه المسحي والارتباطي، وأعدت الباحثتان استبانة لجمع المعلومات حول درجة تطبيق مديرات مدارس مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بإدارة تعليم جازان لأبعاد الإدارة المرنة، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي؛ فيما تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (235) معلمة من معلمات مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة تم اختيارهن بطريقة العينة العشوائية المنتظمة، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن درجة تطبيق مديرات مدارس مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بإدارة تعليم جازان لأبعاد الإدارة المرنة، ودرجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات تلك المرحلة جاء متوسطا ككل ولكل محور من محاور أداتي البحث، كما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05=α) بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث حول درجة تطبيق مديرات مدارس مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بإدارة تعليم جازان لأبعاد الإدارة المرنة، وتعرف درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات تلك المرحلة وفق متغيري عدد سنوات الخبرة التدريسية والمؤهل العلمي وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. AB - This research aimed to explore the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions by early childhood school principals in Jazan Educational Directorate and to assess job satisfaction levels among teachers in this stage from their perspectives. It also sought to examine the differences in teachers' responses regarding the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions by principals and their job satisfaction levels based on the variables of academic qualification and years of teaching experience. The research followed a descriptive approach, incorporating both survey and correlational methods. A questionnaire was developed to gather data on the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions and job satisfaction levels. The study sample consisted of 235 early childhood teachers, selected using systematic random sampling. The results revealed that the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions by principals and job satisfaction among teachers were moderate overall and across each dimension. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences at the (α=0.05) level between the mean scores regarding the degree of implementation of flexible leadership and job satisfaction based on teaching experience and academic qualification.
