AB - The study aimed to identify the challenges faced by students with autism spectrum disorder who are enrolled in vocational rehabilitation programs from the point of view of teachers and parents in the capital city Amman. The study used the survey descriptive approach to suit the purpose of the study, sample of the study chosen by comprehensive method which were (125) participants, and the study based on the scale of (the challenges face students with autism spectrum disorder who are enrolled in vocational rehabilitation programs from the point of view of teachers and parents in the Capital City, Amman) to collecting data, with investigating of validity and reliability. The results showed that the challenges face students with autism spectrum disorder enrolled in high-level vocational rehabilitation programs from the point of view of teachers and parents in the capital Amman, and it was found that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of challenges face students with autism spectrum disorder enrolled in vocational rehabilitation programs from the point of view of teachers and parents according to the age. In light of the results, the study recommended the need to prepare specialized teachers in vocational rehabilitation programs for students with autism spectrum disorder with the need to early intervention rehabilitation for students with autism spectrum disorder professionally.
