AB - This study aimed to investigate the degree to which vocational education teachers in Jordan practice the skills of the twenty-first century from the point of view of their supervisors. (33) male and female supervisors, including (21) males and (12) females, were using a comprehensive survey method for them, because the study population is the sample used. The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of vocational education teachers of the twenty-first century skills came within the medium and high level in all fields. The overall degree of practice of twenty-first century skills was moderate. The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) in the fields of learning and creativity skills, information and information mastery, for the number of years of experience and for the benefit of the category 5-10 years. The results did not show statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) to the degree of vocational education teachers' practice of the twenty-first century skills due to the variables of gender or/ and academic qualification. The study recommended work to enhance the skills of the twenty-first century, specifically the skills of learning technology, informational mastery and information among vocational education teachers.
