AB - The study aimed to determine the level to which University leaders in Saudi Arabia practice lean leadership and its relationship to the quality of career life from the point of view of faculty members. The study adopted the descriptive approach and used questionnaires as tools. The study participants were (315) Saudi faculty members from the University of Tabuk, the University of Bisha, and the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The results of the study showed that the level of practicing rational leadership by university leaders was significant in the targeted three universities. Moreover, the degree of practices related to the quality of career life was very high from the point of view of the faculty members. In addition, the results also revealed that there was a positive statistically significant correlation at a significant level of (0.01) between the level of university leaders' practice of lean leadership and the level of quality of career from the point of view of Saudi faculty members.
