AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء أنموذج مقترح لتحسين الممارسات الإشرافية لدى المشرفين التربويين بوزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق الهدف، صممت استبانة مكونة من 53 فقرة موزعة في ثمانية مجالات رئيسة، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها وزعت على 1057 معلما أولا. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: إن درجة فاعلية الممارسات الإشرافية لدى المشرفين التربويين بوزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان كانت مرتفعة، في كل المجالات باستثناء مجالي توجيه الطلاب وإرشادهم والنمو المهني والأكاديمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، يوصي الباحث بـ: ضرورة تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان هذا الأنموذج لتطوير الممارسات الإشرافية من منطلق أنه لم يبنى أنموذج تطويري حتى الآن. AB - This study aimed to build a suggested model to improve the supervisory practices of educational supervisors in the ministry of the education in the sultanate of Oman. To achieve this aim, the researcher designed a questionnaire composed of 53 paragraphs distributed into eight main fields. After being sure of its truthfulness and its stability, it had been distributed to 1057 senior teachers. The researcher used the average’s, standard deviations, create honorable competitive spirit between the workers in the educational institutions. It is necessary for the ministry of education to adopt this model to improve the supervisory practices, since there was no model designed to develop these practices till now.
