AU - الشبيلي، منال بنت صالح AU - بن مبيريك، هيفاء بنت فهد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطبيقات الويب في تعزيز التشارك المعرفي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ضرورة توفير الحوافز المعنوية والمادية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتشجيعهم على مشاركة المعرفة، والاهتمام ببرامج تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام التكنولوجيا والوسائل الحديثة بما يتناسب مع مستويات مهاراتهم التكنولوجية المختلفة لتعزيز التشارك المعرفي، بالإضافة إلى استغلال إمكانات وقدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في مشاركة المعرفة ونقلها بل وإنتاجها. The study flowed the descriptive analytical approach. The results showed that there is a need to provide moral and material incentives for faculty members to encourage them to share knowledge. Furthermore, the focus should be applied to faculty training programs regarding the use of technology and modern tools in knowledge sharing; taking into consideration their level of technology familiarity. fineally, the utilizing information and communication technology is important insharing, transfering, and producing knowledge.
