AU - شريط، عبد الحكيم AU - بونشادة، ياسين AU - الطاهر، مسعودي AB - سعت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن الأسباب التي تؤدي بطلبة الجامعة للتغيب عن الدراسة حيث أنها أصبحت ظاهرة مقلقة تؤثر بشكل مباشر على التحصيل العلمي والأكاديمي للطالب. وبالتالي على نوعية الموارد البشرية التى تعتمد عليها الأمة للرقي والازدهار في شتى المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية ولا شك أن الأسباب متعددة والتي كان لها التأثير الحاد في تفشي ظاهرة غياب الطلبة عن مدرجات الجامعة. ومعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بولاية الجلفة يعاني كغيره من هذه الظاهرة المقلقة للمسؤولين وهذه الدراسة تبين تأثير العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية في ارتفاع نسب غـيابات الطلبة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: 1) للعوامل النفسية والاجتماعية دور في غياب طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة الجلفة. 2) يعود غياب طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة الجلفة إلى عوامل نفسية .3) يعود غياب طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة الجلفة إلى عوامل اجتماعية.
