AU - خليل، عبد الرحمن علي محمد أحمد AU - غنيم، محمد عبد السلام AU - الحاروني، مصطفى محمد علي AU - عصام، هدى AU - سيد، إمام مصطفى AU - عبد المعطي، محمد السيد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على فنيات المحاولات المنفصلة وتبادل الصور لخفض أعراض اضطراب المصاداة لدى أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحّد في المرحلة الابتدائية، وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المستخدم. نتائج الدراسة: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيّا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبُعدي على مقياس المصاداة لصالح القياس البُعدي. 2) أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيّا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البُعدي والتتبعي على مقياس المصاداة. 3) يوجد حجم تأثير كبير للبرنامج في خفض شدة اضطراب المصاداة لدى أطفال العينة. وأوصت الدراسة باستخدام هذا البرنامج التدريبي لخفض اضطراب المصاداة. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a training program based on the techniques of separate attempts and exchanging pictures to reduce the symptoms of confrontation disorder among children with autism spectrum disorder in the primary stage. A quasi-experimental approach was used. The results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the training program used. Study results: 1) there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores in the pre- and post-measurements on the consonance scale in favor of the post-measurement. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores in the post and follow-up measurements on the reconciliation scale. 3) There is a large effect size of the program in reducing the severity of seizure disorder among the children in the sample.
