AB - تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الحد من الأزمات لكل من جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن وجامعة الملك سعود بالرياض؟ تكون مجتمع الدراسة من وكلاء ومستشارين وعمداء ومديرين الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام في الوكالات والعمادات والإدارات التابعة لجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن وجامعة الملك سعود بالرياض وعددهم (607) منهم (275) من جامعة الأميرة نورة و(332) جامعة الملك سعود، قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة عشوائية باستخدام المعادلات الإحصائية والتي حددت عينة الدراسة بـ (429) منهم (157) موظف وموظفة بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن و(272) موظف وموظفة من جامعة الملك سعود حيث كانت صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي وذلك خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من عام 1439-1440هـ. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، مستخدمة في ذلك الأستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة. أهم النتائج: 1) بينت النتائج بجامعة الأميرة نورة على أهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في التعامل مع الأزمات وإمكانية الحد منها بنسبة تفوق 58% وهي نسبة مرتفعة بينما بجامعة الملك سعود كانت بنسبة تفوق 70% وهي نسبة مرتفعة. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط رتب واقع التعامل مع الأزمات وفق متغير العمر من وجهة نظر القيادات العاملة في جامعتي الأميرة نورة والملك سعود. 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط رتب دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الحد من الأزمات بين الوكيل وكل من العميد والمدير والمشرف، وبين المستشار وكل من العميد والمدير والمشرف والرئيس، وبين العميد وكل من المدير والمشرف والرئيس، وبين المدير وكل من المشرف والرئيس من قيادات جامعتي الأميرة نورة والملك سعود. 4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط درجات محاور التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتعامل مع الأزمات ومساهمة التخطيط الاستراتيجي في الأزمات بين الجامعتين. 5) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط رتب التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتخطيط الاستراتيجي في الحد من الأزمات وفق متغير العمر من وجهة نظر القيادات العاملة في جامعتي الأميرة نورة والملك سعود. أهم التوصيات: 1) أن يتوافر لدى المؤسسات المعلومات الكافية عن أسباب حدوث الأزمات وكيفية معالجتها. 2) إعطاء الصلاحيات اللازمة للإدارت المتخصصة في المؤسسات عن وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لكي تستطيع وضع الخطط ومتابعة تنفيذها دون أي تآخير. 3) توفير الموارد المالية والبشرية المتخصصة اللازمة لإعداد وتطبيق الخطط الاستراتيجية لكي تقوم بدورها في الحد من الأزمات. AB - Research problem is the following main question: What is the strategic planning role in reducing crises for both Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University and King Saud University in Riyadh? The research community consists of (agents, advisors, deans, department directors, heads of departments in the agencies deanships and departments of Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and King Saud University in Riyadh and they are (607), (275) in Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and (332) in King Saud University. the researcher selected a random sample using the statistical equations, which were specified the research sample of (429), Including 157 employees from Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University and 272 employees from King Saud University during the period of research in the second semester of 2018-2019. The researcher used the descriptive method to answer the questions of the research, using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data of this research. The most important results: 1) The results showed that the importance of strategic planning in dealing with crises and the possibility of reducing them by more than 58%, which is high, while at King Saud University was more than 70%, which is high. 2) The existence of statistically significant differences in the average rank of the reality of dealing with crises according to the age variable from the point of view of the leaders working at the Universities of Princess Nora and King Saud. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the average rank of the strategic planning role in the reducing crises among the Vice-Chancellor and each of the dean, director and supervisor, and among the advisor and each of the dean, director, supervisor and chancellor, and between the dean and each of the director, supervisor and chancellor, and between the director and both supervisor and chancellor of the leaders of the Universities of Princess Nora and King Saud. The most important recommendations: 1) Institutions must have strategic plans for crisis encounters which may affect them in the future. 2) The presence of specialized departments in the institutions responsible for establishing strategic plans and following-up their implementation. 3) Providing the specialized financial and human resources necessary for the preparing and implementing the strategic plans in order to play their role in reducing crises.
