AU - المطيري، المها عبد الرحمن رويشد AU - العنزي، سعود فرحان AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع استخدام التقنيات التعليمية ومعوقاتها في مرحلة رياض الأطفال بمحافظة حفر الباطن. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال الأهلية والحكومية بمحافظة حفر الباطن، والبالغ عددهم (337) معلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (265) معلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات اللازمة للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة حفر الباطن يستخدمن التقنيات بدرجة كبيرة كما تبين وجود مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام التقنيات التعليمية في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، أهمها: قلة الحوافز المادية للمعلمات في الروضة اللواتي يستخدمن التقنيات التعليمية، وضعف ملاءمة الصفوف الدراسية للاستخدام التقنيات التعليمية. أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: تبني برامج التوعية بأهمية التقنيات التعليمية في مراحل رياض الأطفال، وتبني برامج التحفيز المادية والمعنوية اللازمة للمعلمات في الروضة بما يساهم في تشجيعهن على استخدام التقنيات التعليمية، وتخفيف الأعباء التدريسية لدى المعلمات بما يساهم في تفرغهن لاستخدام التقنيات التعليمية. The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology. The study population consisted of all kindergarten female teachers in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate (337) teachers. The study tool was applied to (265) female teachers as the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the necessary information for the study. The study concluded several results, the most notable of which are: Kindergarten female teachers in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate agree to use the educational technologies in the kindergarten stage. The results also indicated that there are a number of obstacles, facing the use of educational technologies in kindergarten, the most notable of which are: The lack of material incentives for kindergarten teachers, using educational technologies; and the poor appropriateness of classrooms for the use of educational technologies. The study introduced several recommendations, the most notable of which are: the need to adopt awareness programs regarding the importance of educational technologies in kindergarten stages; the need to adopt the material and moral incentives programs for kindergarten teachers as these programs shall encourage teachers to use educational technologies; and reducing the burdens of teachers to be able to use the educational technologies.
