AU - محمود، خالد صلاح حنفي AB - یعد التعلم النقال شكلا جدیدا من أشكال نظم التعلیم عن بعد، والذي یتسم بانفصال المحاضر عن الطلاب مكانیا وزمانیا. والتعلم المتنقل هو مصطلح لغوي جدید یشیر إلى استخدام الأجهزة المحمولة في عملیة التعلیم. ویركز هذا المصطلح على استخدام التقنیات المتوفرة بأجهزة الاتصالات اللاسلكیة لتوصیل المعلومة خارج قاعات التدریس، حیث وجد هذا الأسلوب لیلائم الظروف المتغیرة الحادثة بعملیة التعلیم التي تأثرت بظاهرة العولمة. یمكن تحقیق ذلك باستخدام الأجهزة النقالة والمحمولة مثل الهواتف المتنقلة Cellphones والمساعدات الرقمیة (PDA) وهي أجهزة حاسوب محمولة بالید، والحواسب المحمولة Portable Computers والحاسبات الشخصیة الصغیرة Tablet PCsعلى أن تكون كلها مجهزة بتقنیات الاتصال المختلفة اللاسلكیة والسلكیة على حد سواء مما یؤمن سهولة تبادل المعلومات بین الطلاب أنفسهم من جهة، وبین الطلاب والمحاضر من جهة أخرى. وتسعى الدراسة الحالیة من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وتحلیل الأدبیات والبحوث السابقة إلى عرض مفهوم التعلم النقال وأبرز خصائصه وسماته، وتحلیل أبرز الخبرات العالمیة لاستخدامات التعلم النقال في مجالات التعلیم الجامعي، والإیجابیات والسلبیات، وطرح بعض المقترحات لكیفية الإفادة منه في التعلیم الجامعي المصري. In this sort of Education, there is a separation between the teacher and student in both time and space. Mobile-learning is a new concept that refers to the use of Mobile devices in education. This concept concentrates on the use of technologies provided in wireless communication devices to provide information out of the classes. This type of education suites the changing conditions in educational process impacted with globalization phenomena. The cell phones, PDA, laptops and tablets pcs facilitate exchanging of data and information between students and students and their teachers. This study attempted through using the descriptive method to investigate the concept of the mobile-learning and its features then analyzing the contemporary experiences in this field and its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the present study provided some suggestions about using Mobile learning in our Egyptian university educational system.
