AU - هرجه، ريهام يحيى AU - عبد المجيد، السيد محمد AU - أبو الفضل، محفوظ عبد الستار AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج الإرشاد الأسري في تحسين نوعية الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، واستمرارية هذه الفعالية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج التجريبي تصميم المجموعة الواحدة مكونة من (18) أم من أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بمدارس التعليم العام لتطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي عليهن، بمتوسط عمر زمني (37.5) وانحراف معياري (6.98)، حيث هدفت الدراسة التعرف على فعالية برنامج الإرشاد الأسري (متغير المستقل) في تحسين نوعية الحياة (المتغير التابع) لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وطبقت الباحثة أدوات البحث المتمثلة في: مقياس نوعية الحياة الصورة المختصرة (WHOQOL-BREEF, 2004؛ ترجمة الباحثة)، وبرنامج الإرشاد الأسري في تحسين نوعية الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد (إعداد الباحثة). أسفرت النتائج عن: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات الأمهات عينة البحث في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس نوعية الحياة لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات الأمهات عينة البحث في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس نوعية الحياة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the current research is to define the first group of mothers of children with autism in general education schools to give them the initial character of the program, with an average age of time (37.5) and a standard deviation (6.98), where it aimed to improve the quality of life (dependent variable) among mothers of children with autism disorder. The researcher applied the research tools represented in: The life scale (WHOQOL-BREEF; translated by the researcher), and the family counseling program to improve the quality of life for mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (prepared by the researcher). The results resulted in: the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the mothers’ grades of the research sample in the pre and post measurements on the quality of life scale in favor of the post measurement, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the mothers’ grades of the research sample in the post and follow-up measurements on the quality of life scale.
