AU - آل تميم، نسرين مبارك AB - هدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى تعرف واقع الممارسات التنظيمية والإدارية في الجامعات السعودية للابتكار وريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس الإناث. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته لأغراض هذه الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (299) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الإناث من جامعة الملك سعود بالمملكة العربية السعودية تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (20) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور؛ هي واقع الممارسات التنظيمية والإدارية في الجامعات السعودية للابتكار وريادة الأعمال في مجال أسس صياغة الاستراتيجية وبلغ عدد فقراته (7) فقرات. وفي مجال هيكلية التنظيم الإداري والتنفيذ وبلغ عدد فقراته (6) فقرات، وفي مجال الرقابة والتقويم وبلغ عدد فقراته (7) فقرات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس الإناث لواقع الممارسات التنظيمية والإدارية في الجامعات السعودية للابتكار وريادة الأعمال في جميع مجالات أداة الدراسة جاءت عالية. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: تطوير وتدعيم الهياكل التنظيمية والممارسات التنظيمية والإدارية والبنى الأساسية بم يتلاءم مع أسس ومبادئ ومتطلبات الإدارة الجامعية للابتكار وريادة الأعمال. The study followed the descriptive survey method for its relevance for the purposes of this study. The study sample consisted of (299) female faculty members from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, who were chosen by stratified random method. To achieve the objectives of the study; A questionnaire consisting of (20) items was developed, divided into three axes; It is the reality of organizational and administrative practices in Saudi universities for innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of foundations of strategy formulation, and the number of its paragraphs reached (7) paragraphs, and in the field of administrative organization and implementation structure, the number of paragraphs was (6) paragraphs, and in the field of control and evaluation, the number of paragraphs was (7) paragraphs. The results of the study showed that the estimates of female faculty members of the reality of organizational and administrative practices in Saudi universities for innovation and entrepreneurship in all areas of the study tool were high. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Developing and strengthening organizational structures, organizational and administrative practices, and infrastructure in a manner consistent with the foundations, principles and requirements of the university administration for innovation and entrepreneurship.
