AU - بلجهر، سليمان سرور سالم AB - تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس الآتي: ما درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بمدارس ثانويات وادي حضرموت من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين؟ أهداف الدراسة: إن الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة هو التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بمدارس ثانويات وادي حضرموت من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين. منهج الدراسة: اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. مجتمع الدراسة: جميع مديرين ومعلمين المدارس الثانوية بوادي حضرموت الحكومية والبالغ عددهم (805). عينة الدراسة: تم اختيار عينة قدرها (260) بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من المجتمع. أداة الدراسة: تم استخدام الاستبانة لتحقيق هدف الدراسة وقد تكونت الاستبانة من سبعة أبعاد هي (التعلم المستمر، الحوار والمناقشة، التعاون والتعلم الجماعي، إنشاء أنظمة لمشاركة المعرفة والتعلم، تمكين العاملين، ربط المدرسة بالبيئة الخارجية، القيادة الاستراتيجية)، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. أبرز نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج كان أهمها ما يلي: 1) درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بمدارس ثانويات وادي حضرموت على فقرات الاستبانة بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.1365) وانحراف معياري (0.62445)، حيث كانت النسبة المئوية (62.73%). 2) لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3) ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير طبيعة العمل لصالح المديرين. 4) لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في استجابات عينة الدراسة بحسب متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. Objectives of the study: The main objective of the study is to identify the degree of availability of the dimensions of the well-Learning organization in secondary schools in Wadi Hadhramout from the point of view of managers and teachers. Methodology: In his study the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. Population of the study: All the secondary school managers and teachers in Wadi Hadhramout. They are 805 manager and teacher. Sample of the study: A sample of 260 was chosen randomly from the population of the study. Instrument of the study: The questionnaire was used to achieve the objective of the study. It consisted of seven dimensions (continuous education, dialogue and discussion, collaboration and collective learning, establishing systems for sharing knowledge and learning, empowering staff, correlating the school to the external environment, and strategic leadership. Validity and reliability were also tested. Main results of the study: The main results the study has revealed are the following: 1) The degree of availability of the dimensions of the organization in secondary schools in Wadi Hadhramout on the intermediate sections of the questionnaire was medium with an average of (3,1365) and a standard deviation (0,62445), where the percentage was (62.73%). 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the responses of the sample of the study on the fields and dimensions of study according to sex variable. 3) There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the responses of the study sample are due to the variable of the work nature for principais. 4) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the responses of the sample on the fields and dimensions of study according to variable of number of years of experience.
