In light of this, the data was analyzed and the study questions answered, and the most important results: the level of functional empowerment granted to the faculty member was at a high degree and in all its domains, and the level of the creative teaching skills of the faculty member was at a high degree on all its domains, The study also found that there is a positive significant relationship between functional empowerment and creative teaching skills. In light of the findings, the study proposed several recommendations: Adopt functional empowerment for faculty members in the cooperative Education College, and the strengthening of the faculty member to maintain this high degree of Creative teaching skills.
