AU - صادق، حصة محمد AU - فخرو، عائشة أحمد AU - الأكرف، مباركة صالح AB - استهدف البحث التعرف على مدى فعالية برنامج تهيئة المعلمين الجدد في المدارس الحكومية في قطر من وجهة نظر المعلمين الجدد ومنسقي المواد الدراسية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على استخدام التحليل الكمي لنتائج أداة الدراسة. تم تطوير استبانة تستهدف الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث. تضمنت الاستبانة أسئلة عن مدى فعالية الأنشطة والاستراتيجيات المستخدمة في برنامج التهيئة الحالي، وعن أثر البرنامج على المعلمين الجدد، وعن العوامل المؤثرة في فعالية برنامج التهيئة. اقتصرت الدراسة على مدارس البنات. أشارت النتائج إلى اتفاق المعلمات الجدد والمنسقات على فعالية الأنشطة والاستراتيجيات المستخدمة في برنامج التهيئة الحالي، واتفاقهم على أن برنامج التهيئة الحالي له أثر إيجابي على أداء المعلمات وعلى بقائهم في المهنة وتطويرهم مهنيا، وفي أثر عدد من العوامل في زيادة فعالية برنامج التهيئة، ولقد أظهرت قيم (ت) فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في عدد من العوامل. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم اقتراح بعض التوصيات. The descriptive analytical method was used. The questionnaire included questions about the effectiveness of the activities and strategies used in the current induction program, the impact of the program on new teachers, and the factors affecting the effectiveness of the induction program. The study was limited to female schools. The results indicated that new teachers and coordinators agreed on the effectiveness of the activities and strategies used in the induction program, the current induction program has a positive impact on the performance of the teachers, their survival in the profession and their professional development. The (t) values showed statistically significant differences in several factors. Recommendations were developed.
