AU - عبد المالك، معلم AU - هدوش، عيسى AU - عبابسة، نجيب AU - برقي، سعيدة AB - هدفت الدراسة الى البحث عن مدى تاثير ممارسة الرياضة على تحسين الجسم لدى الطالبات الرياضيات من خلال مقارنتهن بغير الرياضيات. استخدم الباحث للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وشملت عينة الدراسة (60) طالبة من جامعة باتنة 2 ومن جميع المستويات، (30) طالبة من معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تمثل العينة الممارسة و(30) طالبة غير ممارسة من مختلف الميادين من جامعة باتنة 2 كعينة غير ممارسة. استعمل الباحث مقياس مفهوم الذات الجسمية لمحمد حسن علاوي كأداة للدراسة والحزمة الاحصائية SPSS الاصدار 20. وقد توصل الباحث الى ان ممارسة الانشطة الرياضية تزيد من مستوى تقدير الذات الجسمية لدى الطالبات الرياضيات ووجود علاقة بين الذات المثالية والذات الواقعية لدى الطالبات الرياضيات. The researcher used to verify the hypotheses of the study descriptive approach, the sample of the study included (60) students from the University of Batna 2 and from all levels, (30) students from the institute of science and technology of physical and sports activities representing the sample practice and (30) non-practice students from different fields of the University Batna 2 as a non-practice sample. The researcher used the measure of the concept of the physical self-Mohammed Hassan Allawi as a tool for study and statistical package SPSS version 20. The researcher has found after analyzing and discussing the results that the exercise of sports activities increases the level of self-esteem in female student’s athletic and the existence of a relationship between the ideal self and the actual self in the female students.
