AU - ورغي، سيد أحمد AU - بن معاشو، مهاجي AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مشاركة الأسرة في العملية التعليمية من منظور أساتذة التعليم المتوسط والثانوي، وقياس دلالة الفروق بين الأساتذة في هذه المشاركة التي تعزى لمنصب عملهم ولأقدميتهم المهنية، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة متكونة من (52) أستاذا (ة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، أما أداة الدراسة فتمثلت في الاستبيان، وبعد اختبار الفرضيات جاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة كما يلي: 1) تشارك الأسرة في العملية التعليمية من منظور اساتذة التعليم المتوسط والثاوي بدرجة متوسطة. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مشاركة الأسرة في العملية التعليمية من منظور أساتذة التعليم المتوسط والثانوي تعزى لمنصب عملهم ولصالح أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مشاركة الأسرة في العملية التعليمية من منظور أساتذة التعليم المتوسط والثانوي تعزى لأقدميتهم المهنية ولصالح الأساتذة ذوي أقدمية أقل من (5) سنوات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The present study aimed to reveal the participation of the family in the teaching process from the perspective of middle and secondary school teachers, and to measure the significance of the differences between the professors in this participation due to their job position and their professional seniority. The study was applied to a sample of (52) teachers and using the descriptive method. The study tool is the questionnaire. The results indicated that: 1) the family participates in the teaching process with average degree. 2) There are differences of statistical significance in the participation of the family in the teaching process from the perspective of teachers attributed to their job and in favor of middle school teachers. 3) There are differences of statistical significance in the participation of the family in the teaching process from the perspective of teachers due to their professional career and for the benefit of teachers with a seniority less than (5) years.
