AU - اليوسفي، علي عباس علي AB - هدف البحث التعرف على العدالة الأكاديمية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر طالباته؛ والتعرف على الفروق في العدالة الأكاديمية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي على وفق التخصص الدراسي (العلمي-الإنساني)؛ والتعرف على الفروق في العدالة الأكاديمية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي على وفق متغير المرحلة الدراسية (الثانية، الرابعة). وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية ذات التوزيع المتناسب. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، قام الباحث بأعداد مقياس لمعرفة العدالة الأكاديمية للأستاذ الجامع. إذ تكون مجتمع البحث من طالبات المرحلة (الثانية والرابعة) ومن التخصصات (العلمية والانسانية) في كلية التربية للبنات، حيث تم اختيار عينة البحث وبلغت (310) طالبة. لتطبيق مقياس العدالة الأكاديمية والذي يتكون من (35) فقرة، تم استخراج الصدق الظاهري والثبات بطريقة أعادة الاختبار للمقياس. واستخدم الباحث العديد من الوسائل الاحصائية وهي الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين. وتوصل الباحث الى وجود مستوى عال من العدالة الأكاديمية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي؛ وأيضا أشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) تعزى الى متغير التخصص الإنساني؛ وايضا لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) على وفق المرحلة الدراسية (الثانية، الرابعة). وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The goal of the current research is to identify the academic justice of the university professor from the point of view of his female students, and to identify the differences in the academic justice of the university professor according to the academic specialization (scientific-humanitarian), and to identify the differences in the academic justice of the university professor according to the variables of the academic stage (the second). The sample was chosen by random stratified method with a proportional distribution. To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher prepared a measure to determine the academic justice of the university professor, as the research population consisted of female students in the (second and fourth) stages and from the specializations (scientific and humanities) in the College of Education for Girls. The research sample (310) female students were chosen to apply the academic justice scale, which consists of (35) items. The apparent validity and reliability were extracted by retesting the scale. The researcher used many statistical methods, namely the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, The researcher concluded that there is a high level of academic justice among the university professor, and the results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) attributed to the humanitarian specialization variable, and also there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05). According to the study stage (second and fourth), and in light of the research results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
