AU - الجدع، ھالة سمير إبراهيم AB - ھدفت الدراسة التعرف على الأدوار التي یؤدیھا مدیر المدرسة كقائد تربوي في المدارس الأردنیة بلواء القویسمة بین الواقع والمأمول من وجھة نظر مساعده، وحدد مجتمع الدراسة بمساعدي مدیري المدارس الأردنیة بلواء القویسمة خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2019-2020). بلغت عینة الدراسة (61) مساعداً لمدیر المدرسة. وكانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة بنیت من قبل الباحثة مكونة من (89) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات (الدور الإداري والفني - الدور الإشرافي - الدور الإجتماعي - دور مدیر المدرسة تجاه الأنشطة التربویة اللامنھجیة). وتم التعرف على صلاحیة الفقرات بعرضھا على خبراء في الجامعات الأردنیة، واعتمدت نسبة اتفاق (80 %)، واستعملت الباحثة مربع كاي للتأكد من الإختیار الملائم للفقرات، واستخرج الثبات بطریقة الإختبار - وإعادة الإختبار وبلغت قیمته (0.79). وجاءت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابیة على المستوى العام لمجالات أداة أدوار مدیرو المدارس الأردنیة بلواء القویسمة واقعیاً كانت على درجة تطبیق عالیة إذ تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابیة العامة بین (3.8-3.5) وأوزانھا المئویة العامة بین (71.4%-76.7%) لمجال الدور الإجتماعي لمدیر المدرسة ومجال الدور الإشرافي لمدیر المدرسة على التوالي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of the study is to identify the roles that the principal of the school plays as an educational leader in Jordanian schools in Liwa Al-Qweismeh, between reality and what is hoped from the point of view of his assistant as an assistant to the principal. The study tool was a questionnaire built by the researcher consisting of (89) paragraphs distributed in four areas (the administrative and technical role - the supervisory role - the social role - the role of the school principal towards extracurricular educational activities). The validity of the paragraphs was recognized by presenting them to experts in Jordanian universities, and an agreement rate (80%) was approved, and the researcher used a Kay box to confirm the appropriate selection of the paragraphs, and the stability was extracted by way of testing - and re-testing with a value of (0.79). The results of the study came out that the arithmetic averages at the general level for the fields of the roles of the Jordanian school principals Bawl al-Qweismeh were in fact a high degree of application, as the general arithmetic averages ranged between (3.5 - 3.8) and their general percentage weights ranged between (71.4% - 76.7%) for the field of the social role of the principal And the field of supervisory role of the principal, respectively.
