AU - الحضيف، فهد بن صالح AU - الحماد، ريا عبد الله AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع دور رياض الأطفال في غرس القيم الأخلاقية من خلال اللعب التربوي، ومعوقاته، ومقترحاته من وجهة نظر المعلمات في منطقة القصيم التعليمية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بمدخليه: الكمي، والكيفي، بالتصميم التفسيري التتابعي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة، والمقابلة أدوات لجمع البيانات. تكونت العينة من (214) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال في منطقة القصيم التعليمية، وكانت أهم النتائج: أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على واقع دور رياض الأطفال في غرس القيم الأخلاقية من خلال اللعب التربوي كانت عالية، بمتوسط حسابي (3.97)؛ كما تبين أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على معوقات غرس القيم الأخلاقية من خلال اللعب التربوي في رياض الأطفال كانت عالية أيضا، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.78)؛ كما تبين أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على مقترحات غرس القيم الأخلاقية من خلال اللعب التربوي في رياض الأطفال جاءت بدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي (4.09)؛ وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to know the reality of the role of kindergartens in instilling moral values through educational play from the point of view of the teachers in the Qassim Educational Area, and to identify its obstacles, and to come up with proposals to try to overcome those obstacles, these values are (system, honesty, respect for others, cleanliness, cooperation), and the study followed the resolution (412) parameters, and (5) parameters of the qualitative instrument, which is the corresponding, through which the study reached several the results of the most important: that the degree of approval of the reality of the role of kindergartens in instilling moral values through educational play in general was high, with an arithmetic average of 3.97, and the value of (system) came to a very high degree, and my value (honesty, cooperation) a high degree, and my value (cleanliness, respect for others) came to an average degree according to the view of the study sample, and that the most exchange of roles and imaginative play between the teacher and children, customize the study also made several proposals and recommendations in the light of its findings, including working to clarify the importance of the compatibility of the moral standards of the child's family, so that the child is not distracted between the standards at home and in kindergarten, and taking into account the allocation of administrative assistance to the teacher during the periods of educational play.
