AU - حسانين، عواطف محمد محمد AU - عبد الرسول، خلف أحمد AU - عثمان، عمرو أحمد AU - مراد، رانيه عاطف AB - يهدف البحث إلى معرفة فعالية برنامج العلاج المشترك المعرفي والعلاج بالتكامل الحسي في خفض مؤشرات فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه، وعلاج صعوبات الانتباه والإدراك، وتكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من (10) أطفال تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من المترددين على وحدة الأطفال بالمستشفى الجامعي بسوهاج، وبعمر زمني (4-6) سنوات، وباستخدام أدوات الدراسة: وتشمل: الدليل التشخيصي والاحصائي الخامس (DSM-5)، واختبار اضطراب نقص الانتباه مفرط الحركة للتعرف على الأفراد ذوي اضطراب نقص الانتباه مفرطي الحركة، ومقياس العمليات المعرفية المصور (الانتباه - الإدراك)، وبرنامج العلاج المعرفي، وبرنامج التكامل الحسي، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية اللابارامترية، أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (01,0) بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية (العلاج المعرفي والعلاج بالتكامل الحسي) في القياس القبلي والبعدي لاختبار تشتت الانتباه وفرط الحركة لصالح القياس البعدي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (01,0) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبعدي لمقياس العمليات المعرفية (الانتباه - الإدراك) لصالح القياس البعدي، وعدم وجود فروق بين القياس البعدي والتتبعي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية لاختبار تشتت الانتباه وفرط الحركة وكذلك مقياس العمليات المعرفية (الانتباه، والإدراك). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aims at investigating the effectiveness of the combined sensory integration and cognitive therapy in decreasing the rates of hyperactivity and attention deficit as a result of applying the treatment to the intended children, treating the developmental learning disorders liked with the attention and perception. The final research sample consists of (10) children who were intentionally selected from the attendants of the children’s unit at the University Hospital in Sohag governorate and aged of (4-6) years. The study tools included: DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder), The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Test, The Illustrated Cognitive Process Scale (Attention - Perception), The Sensory Integration Program and cognitive therapy program. The statistical methods used in the following nonparametric methods. The current research found that: There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the children of the experimental group (cognitive therapy and sensory integration) on the ADHD test in favor of the telemetry, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the children of the experimental group on the scale of cognitive processes (attention - perception) in favor of the telemetry. There are no differences between post and ongoing measurements of the ADHDT and attention and perception test.
