AU - الشهري، أمينة عبد الرحمن علي AB - The objective of the current research is to know the degree of change leadership practice of the principals of secondary schools in Al-Namas governorate, north of Asir region in Saudi Arabia and the research also relied on the analytical descriptive approach as it was appropriate to the nature of the study. The descriptive approach is used to address all dimensions of the research phenomenon. and the analytical curriculum with the aim of thoroughly analyzing the applied part of the research, the researcher also used the questionnaire tool to achieve the desired results of the research, and the tool was applied to a sample of 17 from the study community, which was represented in the principals of secondary schools in Al Namas governorate. The researcher has reached the following findings: There are no statistically significant discrepancies between the averages of high school managers' practice of leading change according to scientific qualification, the number of years of experience, the number of leadership training programmes. There is agreement in the responses of sample personnel to the paragraphs on the high degree of secondary managers' practice to drive change. The researcher recommended that: The need to allocate a section of human resources management and to assign its functions to set specific standards with a view to qualifying school leadership by conducting measured tests to select the right individual to lead the school. The need to pay attention to funding for schools by providing investments that contribute to the development of infrastructure and technology within schools to increase schools' capacities.
