AU - سليم، حسن مختار حسين AU - حويحي، محمد أحمد غريب السيد AB - هدفت الدراسة تطوير الأداء المؤسـسي بجامعة الأزهر في ضوء أبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية (الحساسية الاستراتيجية، وضوح الرؤية، القدرات الجوهرية، اختيار الأهداف الاستراتيجية، المسؤولية المشتركة، وسرعة الاستجابة). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واستبانة مكونة من (36) مفردة طبقت على عينة بلغت (587) عضو هيئة تدريس بالجامعة. خلصت الدراسة إلى اتفاق أفراد العينة على أهمية ممارسة أبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية لتطوير الأداء المؤسسي بجامعة الأزهر بدرجة أهمية "هام جدا" وبوزن نسبي (4.44)، ولا توجد فروق دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة. أوصت الدراسة بتطبيق أبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بالجامعة، وفي غيرها من الجامعات المصرية نظرا لتشابه الهياكل والأنظمة في هذه الجامعات، واستقلال الجامعة إداريا وماليا وأكاديميا حتى تكون قادرة على التكيف مع المتغيرات المختلفة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to develop the institutional performance at AlAzhar University in the light of the Dimensions of strategic agility (strategic sensitivity, visibility, intrinsic capabilities, the choice of strategic objectives, shared responsibility and speed of response). The study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire of (36) items applied to a sample of (587) faculty members at the university. The study concluded that the sample agreed on the importance of practicing the dimensions of strategic agility at Al-Azhar University with "high importance"(4.44). There are no statistical significance differences at the level of (0.05) due to the study variables. The study recommended the implementation of strategic agility at AlAzhar University, and in other Egyptian universities due to the similarity of structures and systems in these universities, and the independence of the university administratively, financially and academically in order to be able to adapt to different variables.
