AU - عبد الحميد، أحمد محمد AB - استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تصميم برنامج تدريبي، واختبار فاعليته في تنمية مهارات طلاب قسم التربية الخاصة، في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تعديل سلوك ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتضمنت الأدوات: مقياسي مهارات تصميم برامج تعديل سلوك ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومهارات تنفيذ برامج تعديل سلوك ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والبرنامج التدريبي، واتخذ الباحث تصميم المجموعة الواحدة، فتكونت المجموعة التجريبية من (30) طالبًا من طلاب قسم التربية الخاصة بكلية التربية جامعة جازان، تم اختيارهم من الطلاب الذين تقل درجاتهم على الأدوات عن المتوسط، ممن وافقوا على المشاركة في تجربة الدراسة، وتضمن البرنامج التدريبي 25 جلسة تدريبية تم تطبيقها بواقع جلستان أسبوعيًا. ومن خلال المعالجات الإحصائية استخلصت النتائج التالية: وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى 0,01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية من طلاب قسم التربية الخاصة في القياسين القبلي والبعدي للدرجة الكلية على مقياسي الدراسة. كما تمّ التحقق من فاعلية البرنامج من خلال كل من معادلة بلاك، ومعادلة هريدي، ووجدت حجوم تأثير كبيرة للبرنامج، وتحقق استمرار تأثير البرنامج طوال فترة المتابعة التي امتدت لفترة شهرين عقب انتهاء تطبيق البرنامج، ونوقشت النتائج وقدمت توصيات ومقترحات لدراسات تالية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aimed to design a training program, investigate its effectiveness in developing the skills of Special Education Department students in designing and implementing programs of modifying the behavior of people with special needs. Tools of the study included the scale of skills of designing programs of modifying the behavior of people with special needs, the scale of skills of implementing programs of modifying the behavior of people with special needs and the training program. The researcher adopted the design of one group. The study subject consisted of (30) Special Education Department students at the Faculty of Education, Jazan University. They were selected from students whose grades were lower than the average on the study tools. The training program included 25 training sessions, 2 sessions a week. Based on the statistical treatment, the following results were obtained: there were statistically significant differences at 0.01 between the mean scores of the experimental group of Special Education Department students in the pre and post measurements of the two study scales. The effect of the program was found to be significant, and the effectiveness of the program was verified by Black equation, Haridy equation and effect sizes. The continuous impact of the program was verified during the two-month follow-up period following the program's implementation. The results were discussed and recommendations and proposals for subsequent study were suggested.
