AB - The study aimed to know the role of e-learning systems and educational software in the transformation from traditional courses to electronic courses. The study also monitored knowledge of the concept and characteristics of e-courses. The study used the descriptive approach as a method for collecting, analyzing and monitoring data. The sample of the study consisted of (138) male and female teachers. In intermediate schools in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer educational district in the State of Kuwait, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean of the difference between males and females in: (The role of e-learning systems and educational software in switching from traditional courses to electronic courses) I have the study sample for the benefit of (male) teachers. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average grades of public school teachers and their families who are in private schools (for the role of e-learning systems and educational software in switching from traditional courses to electronic courses) I have a study sample depending on the school type variable (governmental - private) For the benefit of (Al-Ahlia) school teachers. 3) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the average responses of the study sample according to the experience variable (5 years - more than 5 years and up to 10 years - more than 10 years) on the questionnaire (The role of e-learning systems and educational software in Transferring from traditional courses to electronic courses). 4) There are statistically significant differences in the role of (e-learning systems and educational software in switching from traditional courses to e-courses) in the study sample at the level of (01,0) between all teachers with 5 years of experience and those with more than 5 years and up to 10 years’ experience in favor of Experienced teachers (more than 5 years to 10 years). 5) There are statistically significant differences (for the role of e-learning systems and educational software in switching from traditional courses to electronic courses) among the study sample at the level of (0.01) between all teachers with 5 years of experience and those with more than 10 years of experience in favor of experienced teachers (more From 10 years). 6) There are statistically significant differences in the role of (e-learning systems and educational software in switching from traditional courses to e-courses) among the study sample at a level of (0.01) between all teachers with experience of more than 5 years to 10 years and teachers with more than 10 years’ experience in favor of Experienced teachers (more than 10 years).
