AB - معرفة العلاقة بين الكفاءة الاجتماعية وااتجاه نحو دمج المتفوقين والموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة الخليل، وكذلك معرفة الفروق في كل من الكفاءة الاجتماعية والاتجاه نحو دمج المتفوقين والموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية وفقا لمتغيري النوع، ونوع الكلية، والتفاعل بينهما. وتم استخدام مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية، ومقياس النجاة نحو دمج المتفوقين والموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية. تألفت العينة من 100 طالب وطالبة من طلبة الكليات العلمية والأدبية في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2007-2008. وأسفرت النتائج عن أنّ الدرجة الكلية للكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة كانت متوسطة، كما تبين أن الدرجة الكلية لاتجاهات الطلبة نحو دمج المتفوقين والموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية إيجابية. في حين تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاءة الاجتماعية واتجاه الطلبة نحو دمج المتفوقين والموهوبين في المدارس الحكومية، بينما لم تكن الفروق دالة تبعا لمتغير نوع الكلية والتفاعل بين النوع ونوع الكلية. (الملخص المنشور بتصرف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims at investigating the relationship between social efficiency and the attitude towards integrating the distinguished and the talented students in governmental schools as perceived by students of Hebron University. The study tends to test variables such as gender, college of students and the interaction between these variables. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the social efficiency scale and the attitude scale towards integrating the distinguished and the talented students’ governmental schools. The sample of the study consisted of 100 students; all are undergraduate students in the scientific and human arts colleges during the academic year 2007/2008. Results showed that the students’ total degree of social efficiency was intermediate. Results also indicated that the total degree of the attitude towards integrating the distinguished and the talented students’ governmental schools was positive. Moreover, statistically significant relationship was traced between the attitude towards integrating the distinguished and the talented in the governmental schools and the social efficiency, there were no differences attributed to type of college or the interaction between genders.
