AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة استخدام مهارات التفكير المنظومي لدى معلمات العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية في محافظة المفرق. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمّ تطوير استبانة وتطبيقها على عينة متاحة بلغ حجمها (102) معلمة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استخدام مهارات التفكير المنظومي لدى معلمات العلوم للمرحلة الأساسية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05=α) في درجة استخدام مهارات التفكير المنظومي لدى عينة الدراسة تُعزى لمتغيري مستوى الخبرة ومستوى المؤهل العلمي الأطول. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب معلمات العلوم على مهارات التفكير المنظومي، وتشجيعهن على توظيفها في أثناء تدريس العلوم. AB - This study aimed to determine the degree of using systemic thinking skills among science teachers for the basic stage in Mafraq Directorate; To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was developed and applied to an available sample of (102) female teachers after verifying its validity and reliability.The results of the study showed that the degree of using systemic thinking skills among science teachers for the basic stage came at an moderate level, and The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) in the degree of using of systemic thinking skills among the study sample due to the variables of the level of experience and the level of the academic qualification. Where the differences came in favor of higher level of scientific qualification and along of experience level. The study recommended the necessity of training science teachers on systemic thinking skills and encouraging them to employ them while teaching science.
