AU - عبد العال، رشا محمود بدوي AU - عبد الحليم، دينا صابر AB - هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية المقرر المقترح القائم على التعلم الاجتماعي الوجداني للفئات الخاصة لتنمية مهارات التدريس المتمايز والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدي طلبة الدبلوم العام التربوي بكليات التربية وقد تم اختيار مجموعة من طلبة الدبلوم العام التربوي بلغ عددهم (17) طالب وطالبة معلمة من كلية التربية جامعة عين شمس. وأعدت الباحثتان مقرر مقترح قائم علي التعلم الاجتماعي الوجداني لمعلمي الفئات الخاصة (من خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات والبحوث والمشروعات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث)، وتدريسه من خلال بعض استراتيجيات التدريس النشطة (التعلم بالأقران - المفاهيم إلكرتونية - استراتيجية من أنا - التعلم التعاوني- الخرائط الذهنية- خرائط المفاهيم- التخيل - التعلم المرتكز حول المشكلة - البحث الجماعي - دراسة الحالة - فكر، زاوج، شارك - استراتيجية KWL - نموذج فيراير). وتضمنت أدوات البحث ("مقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس"، و "بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس المتمايز") طبقت قبلياً وبعدياً على مجموعة البحث. وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فرق دالاً إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وهذا يدل على فاعلية المقرر المقترح القائم على التعلم الاجتماعي الوجداني باستخدام بعض استراتيجيات التدريس الفعالة في تطوير وتحسين مستوى مهارات التدريس المتمايز والاتجاه نحو التدريس لدي طلبة الدبلوم العام التربوي بكلية التربية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the proposed course based on social and emotional learning for special groups to develop differentiated teaching skills and the trend towards the teaching profession among students of the General Educational Diploma in the Faculties of Education. A student teacher from the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University. The two researchers prepared a proposed course based on socioemotional learning for teachers of special groups (by reviewing studies, research and projects related to the subject of the research) and teaching it through some active teaching strategies (peer learning - cartoon concepts - strategy of me - cooperative learning - mind maps). - Concept maps - Imagination - Problem-centered learning - Group research - Case study - Think, pair, share - KWL strategy - Ferrer model). The research tools included ("Teaching Profession Attitude Scale", and "Distinctive Teaching Skills Note Card") were applied before and after the research group. The results of the research showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students of the research group in the pre and post applications in favor of the post application. This indicates the effectiveness of the proposed course based on social emotional learning by using some effective teaching strategies in developing and improving the level of differentiated teaching skills and the trend towards teaching among students of the General Educational Diploma in the College of Education.
