AU - مدني، وفاء أحمد AU - عزمي، نبيل جاد AU - فارس، نجلاء محمد AU - السيد، سحر محمد AB - في ظل التطور السريع والحديث في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات واستخدام الاستراتيجيات الإلكترونية نجد أن أدوار المعلم قد اختلفت عن أدواره في التعليم التقليدي وأصبح المعلم محور اهتمام القائمين على التطوير في العملية التعليمية فلم يعد دوره مقتصراً على الحفظ والتلقين والحفظ والاستظهار لطلابه بل أصبح دوره متجدداً ومتطوراً فهو بمثابة الوسيط بين المتعلمين وأدوات التعلم الإلكتروني حيث يقوم بدور المرشد والموجه للمتعلمين. ويعد المعلم أحد الاركان الأساسية في العملية التعليمية وركيزة أساسية في تحسين أداء الطلاب واكسابهم المهارات والاتجاهات الإيجابية ودعم وتطوير اداءهم لذلك لابد من ادراك المعلم لمسؤولياته العظمى والقيام بها لتحسين العملية التعليمية، وعليه لابد من الاهتمام باستخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة التي تعزز تفاعل المتعلمين معه وتدعم انخراطهم في التعلم ومن هذه الاستراتيجيات المناقشات الالكترونية والتي بمثابة استراتيجية تعلم تقوم على تصميم مواقف تعليمية مخطط لها ومقصودة ويتم فيها طرح مشكلة أو قضية معينة بهدف الوصول الي حل لها بناء على خبرات المتعلمين السابقة وطرح الآراء تحت اشراف وتوجيه من المعلم. وتعد المناقشات الإلكترونية مدخلاً فعالاً لتعزيز مشاركة المتعلمين في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، ولكي تحقق المناقشات الإلكترونية أهدافها التي وضعت من أجلها، لا بد من وجود معلم متمكن قادراً على تنفيذ المناقشات بشكل فعال، فالمعلم ركيزة أساسية من ركائز العملية التعليمية ومحوراً فعالاً فيها وأحد الأبعاد الرئيسية لنجاح العملية التعليمية. لذا هدف البحث الى وضع تصور مقترح لأدوار المعلم في المناقشات الإلكترونية وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة. Therefore, the teacher must be aware of his great responsibilities and undertake them to improve the educational process. Therefore, attention must be paid to using modern strategies that enhance the interaction of learners with him and support their involvement in learning. Among these strategies are electronic discussions, which are a learning strategy based on the design of planned and intended educational situations in which a specific problem or issue is presented with the aim of reaching a solution based on the learners’ previous experiences and offering opinions under the supervision and guidance of the teacher. The electronic discussions are an effective entrance to enhance the participation of learners in achieving the desired goals, and in order for the electronic discussions to achieve their goals for which they were set, there must be a capable teacher who is able to implement the discussions effectively Educational. Therefore, the aim of the research is to develop a suggested vision for the roles of the teacher in electronic discussions. The research used the descriptive approach, which depends on answering the questions of the study.
