AB - This research aimed at recognizing the constructivism strategy "break into" in developing the "prosody" skills for the students of the Faculty of Education. The sample was fifty 50 students both male and female, whom were divided into two groups, a control group and the experimental one, by forty (25) students per group, and the sample of the study was from the faculty of education in Al-Minia University, the research was applied on the students in the first term 2021-2022 and the study tools and its educational materials were a prosody skills test for the students of the faculty of education, a student's book and a syllabus guide prepared at the light of the constructivism strategy "break into" to teach "prosody" for the students of the faculty of education, and the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method which based on the semiexperimental design were used, and the study reached the effectiveness of the constructivism strategy "break into" with its steps (show - resist - chat - define - practice) in developing the "prosody" skills for the students of the faculty of education; where the experimental group students excelled over the control group students in the post-test of the whole prosody skills, and also it excelled over the control group students in each skills of the sixth skills in testing the prosody which are: (the prosodic slicing for the poetic verse - the prosodic writing for the verse - defining the poetic meter (style) for the verse - defining the meter (rhyme) which the verse come from - defining the prosodic rhyme and its components - defining what comes new to the meter from faults - differentiating or discriminating between the metric verses).
