AU - المحمادي، خالد بن غازي مسفر AB - ظهر الاهتمام بمراكز الفكر واستثمارها في العديد من الدول بما يحقق لها التطور العلمي والفكري من خلال توظيف الأبحاث العلمية في خدمة قضايا المجتمع؛ لذا يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان دور مراكز الفكر في تنمية المجتمعات، وقد سلط الباحث الضوء على تعريف مراكز الفكر، وتوضيح آليات عملها، ودورها في تنمية المجتمع، والحديث عن معوقاتها، واستنتج الباحث مدى ضرورة وجودها؛ باعتبارها طريقة لإيصال المعرفة المتخصصة من خلال طرح الآراء السياسية والفكرية والعلمية والاقتصادية والصحية والاجتماعية والبيئية لتنمية المجتمعات. كذلك استنتج الباحث بأن تمكين مراكز الفكر وتفعيل دورها في الدول يعتمد على التنسيق بين كافة مؤسساتها، وأهم معوقات عملها هو ارتفاع تكلفتها وانخفاض مردودها المادي. ويوصي بضرورة استقطاب الكفاءات من الباحثين وتقديم الدعم لهم، والعمل على رفع مستواهم العلمي، وأهمية التنسيق مع مراكز الفكر العالمية، وعقد اتفاقيات تعاون وتدريب معها. Therefore, this research aims to clarify the role of think tanks in the development of societies. The researcher has shed light on the definition of think tanks, clarifying the mechanisms of their work, and their role in community development, also talking about their obstacles. The researcher concluded the necessity of think thanks existence; As a way of communicating specialized knowledge by offering political, intellectual, scientific, economic, health, social and environmental views for the development of societies. He recommends the necessity of attracting qualified researchers, providing them with support, working to raise their scientific level, the importance of coordinating with international think tanks, and concluding cooperation and training agreements with them.
