AU - الهلال، ريم صقر علي AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مهارات اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطويرها ضوء نظرية سايمون. وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق بين آراء أفراد عيِّنة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيري الخبرة، والدورات التدريبية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي للتعرف إلى مهارات اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (139) مديرة للمدارس الثانوية، وطبقت الدراسة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة نظراً لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة الحصر الشامل. ووزعت استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة حيث حصلت الباحثة على (85) استجابة من عينة الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على جميع مجالات مهارات اتخاذ القرارات التعليمة جاءت بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.59) وبنسبة مئوية (70.8%) حيث جاء المجال الثالث "مهارة القدرة على تحديد خطة عمل لتنفيذ القرارات التعليمية" بالمرتبة الأولى وبدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.83) وبنسبة مئوية (76.6%). أما المجال الأول "مهارة القدرة على تحديد المشكلة" فقد جاء في المرتبة الثانية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (3.36) وبنسبة مئوية (71.8%). كما جاء المجال الثاني "مهارة القدرة على اتخاذ القرار" في المرتبة الثالثة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.36) وبنسبة مئوية (67.2%) وبدرجة متوسطة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء أفراد عيِّنة الدراسة على جميع مجالات مهارات اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة، بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء أفراد عيِّنة الدراسة على جميع مجالات مهارات اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية تُعزى لمتغير الدورات التدريبية. وأخيراً وضعت الباحثة تصوراً مقترحاً لتطوير مهارات اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج في ضوء نظرية سايمون. As well as revealing the differences between the opinions of the study sample members according to the variables of experience and training courses. The study used the survey method to identify the educational decision-making skills of secondary school principals. The study population consisted of (139) secondary school principals, and the study was applied to all members of the study community due to the small size of the study community by a comprehensive inventory method. A questionnaire was distributed to the study population, where the researcher obtained (85) responses from the study sample. The results of the study found that: The degree of approval of the study sample on all areas of educational decision-making skills came to a high degree, with a mean of (3,59) and a percentage of (70.8 %). The third domain, “the ability to define an action plan to implement educational decisions,” ranked first, with a high degree, and with a mean of (3,83) and a percentage of (76.6%). As for the first domain, "the ability to identify the problem", it came in second place with a high degree, with an arithmetic average (3.36) and a percentage (71.8%). The second domain, "the skill of decision-making", came in third place, with an arithmetic average (3.36), a percentage (67.2%), and a medium degree. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample members on all areas of educational decision-making skills due to the variable experience while there were statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample members on all areas of educational decision-making skills due to the variable of training courses. Finally, the researcher developed a suggested conception to develop the educational decision-making skills of secondary school principals in Al-Kharj Governorate in the light of Simon’s theory.
