AU - المهنا، محمد فرج متعب AB - استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين وسبل تحسينها، وأثر متغيرات (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، المنطقة التعليمية) على ذلك، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت العينة من (504) معلماً ومعلمة. واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استبانة تضمنت (30) عبارة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية ككل وجميع أبعادها لدى مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت أبعاد القيادة الإبداعية بالترتيب التالي: مواصلة الاتجاه نحو الهدف، يليه الأصالة، ثم المرونة، وأخيرا الحساسية للمشكلات. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول القيادة الإبداعية ككل وجميع أبعادها تعزى لمتغيرات النوع والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The main concern of the current study is to identify the degree of practicing creative leadership by the managers at the secondary stage schools in the state of Kuwait from teachers' viewpoint and Ways for Its Improvement, and the effect of the variables of gender, experience, academic qualification and the educational region on this. This study adopts the descriptive approach and the sample of the study consists of (504) male and female teachers at the secondary stage schools. The tools of the study include a questionnaire that contained (30) statements distributed and divided into four main dimensions. The results of the study show that the degree of practicing creative leadership as a whole and all its dimensions for the secondary stage managers got a moderate degree. Furthermore, the dimensions of the creative leadership got the following order: keeping moving towards the goal, originality, flexibility, and f sensitivity towards problems respectively. Moreover, the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences among the averages of the study sample's individuals regarding creative leadership as a whole and its dimensions due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience and the educational region.
