AU - محمد، محمد عبد الرؤوف عبد ربه AB - أجري البحث على عينة (238) معلما ومعلمة بالمراحل الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية، بمتوسط أعمار (38.86)، وبانحراف معياري (8.27) عاما، وذلك بأحد محافظات مصر بالفصل الأول للعام (2020-2021م)، بهدف الكشف عن مستوياتهم في رشاقة التعلم، وعن الفروق بينهم فيها الراجعة للجنس وللعمر، وعن العلاقة بين رشاقة تعلمهم وعوامل شخصيتهم، وعن الفروق بينهم في تلك العلاقة الراجعة للجنس وللعمر، وعن إمكانية التنبؤ بدرجاتهم في رشاقة التعلم من خلال درجاتهم في عوامل الشخصية، واعتمد الباحث على مقياس (أعده بنفسه) لقياس رشاقة التعلم، وعلى قائمة عوامل الشخصية الخمسة الكبرى التي أعدها (Goldberg (1999 وأعاد الباحث تعريبها (لأسباب ذكرها)، وباستخدام برنامجي (SPSS) و(SAS) لتحليل البيانات أشارت النتائج إلى أن أفراد العينة لديهم مستويات متفاوتة في رشاقة التعلم رغم ظهورهم إجمالاً بمستوى (أقل من متوسط)، وإلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بينهم في بعض أبعادها راجعة للجنس وللعمر، بينما لم توجد مثل تلك الفروق بينهم في الدرجة الكلية لها، كما تم استخراج مصفوفة معاملات الارتباط بين عوامل الشخصية من جانب وأبعاد رشاقة التعلم ودرجتها الكلية من جانب آخر، كما ودت فروق في العلاقة بين بعض عوامل الشخصية ورشاقة التعلم الكلية بعضها رجع للجنس وبعضها رجع للعمر، وتم تحديد نسبة الإسهام المشترك لعوامل الشخصية مجتمعة في أبعاد رشاقة التعلم ودرجتها الكلية، وكذلك نسبة إسهام كل عامل على حدة في أبعاد رشاقة التعلم ودرجتها الكلية، وفي ضوء ذلك تم تقديم بعض التوصيات التربوية والأفكار البحثية المقترحة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This research occurred on (238) male and female of primary, preparatory and secondary teachers in Egypt with age average (38.86) years and standard deviation (8.27) years within the 1st term of (2020-2021) academic year, to reveal: their levels of learning agility, the differences between them in it according to their gender and age, the relation of their learning agility scores to their personality factors scores, the differences in this relation according to gender and age and the probability to predict of their learning agility scores form their personality factors scores, two tools were used: a scale of learning agility prepared by the researcher and the Goldberg (1999) big five personality inventory which retranslated by the researcher, extracted data was analyzed using SPSS and SAS programs, results referred to an (less than average level) in learning agility and gender and age caused fundamental differences in the level of some learning agility dimensions but not in the total score, the correlation matrix among big five personality factors and learning agility (dimensions and Total scores) was extracted, also gender and age caused fundamental differences between some personality factors and total learning agility, the percent of combined contribution of personality factors in learning agility scores was extracted, also the present of contribution of each factor in learning agility scores, so some educational recommendations and new search points had been submitted.
