AU - السعيدي، عيد حمود AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور الإشراف التربوي في تطوير التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (286) مشرف تربوي فني وأداري، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (65) مشرف تربوي تم اختيارهم باستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة للعام 2019-2020م. الفصل الثاني ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحث استبيان تكون من 36 فقرة وزعت على سبعة محاور أظهرت نتائجها بأن للإشراف التربوي دورا كبيرا لتطوير التنمية المهنية للمعلمين. كما أظهرت وجود بعض الصعوبات التي تواجه الإشراف التربوي، وعن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث من عينة الدراسة على متغير التنظيم الإداري عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) لصالح الإناث في حين لا توجد فروق على المتغيرات الأخرى للإشراف التربوي، وفي ضوء ذلك توصل الباحث إلى تقديم عدد من المقترحات التي تخدم عملية الإشراف التربوي.
