AU - أبو علي، عبد القادر خالد رباح AU - الربعي، محمد جواد AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس ونوابهم في ضوء تحديات ومستجدات القرن الحادي والعشرين تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (المديرية، المسمـى الوظيفي، الجنـس، المؤهـل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (227) من مديري المدارس ونوابهم في محافظة غزة، واستخـدم الباحثان استبانة لجمع البيانات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهـج الوصفـي التحليلي، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية للاحتياجات التدريبية حصلت على وزن نسبي (64.09%) بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أبرز الاحتياجات التدريبية جاءت المهارات التقنية بوزن نسبي (66.30%)، تلى ذلك الذاتية بوزن نسبي (65.30%)، ثم الفنية بوزن نسبي (64.73%)، ثم الإدارية بوزن نسبي (62.13%). وأخيراً الإنسانية بوزن نسبي (61.85%)، وبينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجـود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتوسطات درجات مديري المدارس ونوابهم في درجة احتياجاتهم التدريبية تعزى لمتغير المديرية والمسمـى الوظيفي، والمؤهـل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخدمة في المهارات الذاتية والفنية والإنسانية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتوسطات درجات مديري المدارس ونوابهم في درجة احتياجاتهم التدريبية تعزى لمتغير الجنـس لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق في متغير عدد سنوات الخدمة في المهارات الإدارية والتقنية لصالح الأقل من (5) سنوات في المهارات الإدارية لصالح الخدمة الأكثر من (10) سنوات في المهارات التقنية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at identifying the training needs to improve the school principals and their deputy school principals' performance in light of the updates and the challenges of the twentieth first century due to the study variables (directorate, job position, sex, qualification and years of service). The sample of the study consisted of (227) school principals and their deputy school principals from Gaza governorate. This current study followed the descriptive approach in which the researchers used a questionnaire to collect data. The results of the study showed the total degree of training needs gained a relative weight of (64.09%) with an average degree, that the most prominent training needs are the technological needs a relative weight of (66.30%). Second, the personal skills came in the second rank a relative weight of (65.30%). Third, the technical skills came in the third rank a relative weight of (64.73%). Then, the administrative skills came in the fourth rank a relative weight of (62.13%). Finally, the humanitarian skills came in the last rank a relative weight of (61.85%). In addition, the results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences among school principal and their deputy school principal in the degree of their training needs of personal, technical and humanitarian skills due to directorate, job position, qualification and years of service variables. In addition, there are statistically significant differences among school principals and their deputy school principals in the degree of their training needs due to sex variable in favor of males. Besides, there are statistically significant differences among school principals and their deputy school principals in the administrative and technological skills in favor those who have less than five years in the administrative skills due to years of service. Also, there are statistically significant differences due to years of service in favor of those who have more than ten years of service in the technological skills.
