AU - أحمد، أحمد إبراهيم AU - زكي، فاطمة أحمد AU - سالم، طه عبد الباسط علي AB - هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على الأسس النظرية لتقويم البرامج التدريبية من خلال بعض النماذج العالمية، التعرف على عناصر تقويم البرامج التدريبية، التعرف على النماذج العالمية لتقويم البرامج التدريبية، التعرف على النماذج العالمية لتقويم البرامج التدريبية، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: قلة توظيف التقويم القبلي للمتدربين قبل بدء النشاط التدريبي، ندرة اعتماد نتائج التقويم كأحد أدوات التقويم السنوي للمتدربين، ضعف مشاركة خبراء تربويون في تقويم أداء المتدربين. وبناءاً على هذه النتائج أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة توظيف التقويم القبلي للمتدربين قبل بدء النشاط التدريبي، ضرورة اعتماد نتائج التقويم كأحد أدوات التقويم السنوي للمتدربين، الاهتمام بمشاركة خبراء تربويون في تقويم أداء المتدربين. The current research used descriptive analytical methodology. For the trainees before the start of the training activity, the scarcity of the adoption of the results of the evaluation as one of the annual evaluation tools for the trainees, the weakness of the participation of educational experts in evaluating the performance of the trainees.
