AU - الشرمان، سميرة AU - الفرسان، محمد AU - الشرمان، منيرة محمود AU - أبو الرب، ماجدة فوزي AB - سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي درجة تقبل معلمي المدارس ومديريها لنظام الرقابة على الدوام المدرسي باستخدام تقنية بصمة الإصبع من وجهة نظرهم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (64) مديراً ومديرة و(374) معلماً ومعلمة، وذلك خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2019-2018. ولجمع البيانات قام الباحثون بإعداد أداة تكونت من (32) فقرة، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن تقبل المعلمين لنظام البصمة قد كان بدرجة قليلة، كما بينت النتائج أن هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة التقبل تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي ولصالح فئة المديرين. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد محاضرات تربوية تبين أهمية الالتزام التنظيمي، وضرورة ربط الدوام في ظل تقنية البصمة بالحوافز المادية والمعنوية للموظفين. The study sample consisted of (64) principals and 374 teachers and teachers during the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019. The results showed that the acceptance of teachers to the fingerprint system was little. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members on the degree of acceptance due to the job description variable and the differences due to principals. The study recommended the need to hold educational lectures that show the importance of the organizational commitment, and the need to link the attendance time under the fingerprint technique with the material and moral incentives of the employees.
